Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a superior article in a simple and stable manner by providing injection ports on the upper end of the inner periphery of an inserted label at regular intervals along the circumferential direction and injecting molten synthetic resin into a cylindrical molding space through a radial passage at the center of which a gate port is provided.
SOLUTION: A label 2 is rolled and inserted into a cavity 7, and a core 8 is combined with a mold-release plate 9 and put into a cavity 7 and a molding die is clamped. When the label 2 is put into the cavity 7, it is preferable that the lower end of the label 2 protrudes slightly from within the cavity 7. Next molten synthetic resin is injected from an injection molding machine into a gate port 13 to injection mold a cylindrical body, in which the label 2 serves as an insert material. The molten synthetic resin injected from an injection port 12 into the port 13 is filled into a cylindrical molding space 10 through a radial passage 11, while the upper end of the label 2 is pressed against the lower surface of the cavity 7 by fluid head pressure.
