Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for monitoring the condition of patient's health such as the condition of the heart of patient. SOLUTION: A system 10 is provided with a patient station 14 having a means for monitoring the specified physical function of patient and a patient side transmitter 100 for transmitting the information on the physical function. Then, a secondary station 200 is provided to the patient station 14 at the position distant from the patient, the secondary station 200 has a means 202 for operating the patient station 14, and the information on the monitored physical function is transmitted from the patient station 14 to the secondary station 200. The method for monitoring the condition of patient's health is provided with a step for supplying a device, with which the specified physical function of patient at the patient station 14 is monitored, to the patient. Next, a step for operating the patient station 14 where there is the patient from the secondary station 200 at the position distant from the patient is included and the information on the specified physical function of patient is transmitted to the secondary station 200.
