This device is a device for operating an operation key 13, moving a cursor to plural link places on a screen, operating an execution key 15, and processing the link information of the link places. A link coordinate calculating part 29 calculates the position coordinates of the plural link places on the screen which exists within a range at a prescribed angle made with the operating direction of an operation key 13, and a cursor coordinate calculating part 27 calculates the position coordinate of the cursor on the screen based on operation information from the operation key 13, and a minimum distance calculating part 31 calculates a distance between each position coordinate of the calculated plural link places and the calculated position coordinate of the cursor, and calculates the link place whose distance is the maximum, and a cursor moving part 33 moves the cursor to the calculated link place.
