Abstract:
To optimally regulate and control the direction of a welding arc.
The guide pin 2 provided with the coil 2A formed with a magnetic material is inserted and arranged into the cylinder of a non-magnetic pipe 4 from its binding stitch starting zone to the vicinity of its welding zone, and the direction of the arc of a welding torch 1 is controlled and regulated with the magnetic field generating in the vicinity of the tip end of the guide pin 2.
