PURPOSE: To provide a method for concrete placement, at the time of producing a large-size secondary concrete article, wherein the equipment such as framework is not provided on a large scale and the emission of noises is reduced when the concrete is placed.
CONSTITUTION: An interior vibrator is temporarily employed to cause rein-forcing bars 2 in a formwork 1 to vibrate with required amplitudes to obtain the same effect as when the interior vibrator is regularly used. In the other words, the reinforcing bars 2 for a secondary concrete article are placed and spot welded together in the formwork 1 for forming the secondary concrete article, the interior vibrator 3 is brought into contact with the reinforcing bars 2 and, while the concrete is being placed in the formwork 1, the interior vibrator 3 is operated to vibrate the reinforcing bars 2. By vibrating the reinforcing bars in the formwork 1, a large-scale formwork 1 becomes unnecessary and a vibration equipment can also be made small in scale and is easy to move. Moreover, by vibrating the reinforcing bars within the formwork, the level of the noise is reduced, safety is enhanced and labor is saved.
