Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for placing concrete that is suited for placing a large amount of concrete in an area for placement that is of such a large scale that a difference in height exceeds 100 m.
SOLUTION: At a force-feed pipe unit 9 for placement, located below a transport path 4, a force-feed pipe with a branch pipe is replaced with a replacement force-feed pipe. After concrete is placed through the branch pipe, a force-feed pipe with the branch pipe is replaced with a replacement force-feed pipe at a force-feed pipe unit 9 for placement that is located above the transport path 4 and concrete is placed through the branch pipe. Thus, in a clearance S between the interior wall surface of a vertical shaft 1 and a hydraulic pressure steel pipe 2, concrete can be placed from an area therebelow. Thus, even if the vertical shaft 1 is of such a large scale that its depth exceeds 100 m and a large amount of concrete needs to be placed in the clearance S, concrete can be surely and efficiently placed over the whole range of the clearance S to enhance the efficiency of construction work.
