Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a molten metal pouring mechanism in a large scaled high speed line by laying a pouring box on a mold, pouring the molten metal within a cycle time of a molding machine, shifting before completing the pouring of molten metal into the mold, removing the pouring box after pouring of molten metal into the mold and shifting to the carrying position. SOLUTION: The metallic pouring box 12 with a sprue is used in the molten metal pouring line. The metallic pouring box 12 is transferred on to the mold 13 molded with the molding machine with frame by using a pouring box transferring device loader 15. The molten metal is poured into the pouring box 12 within the cycle time of the molding machine. The mold is shifted before completing time of pouring the molten metal into the mold after pouring into the pouring box. The pouring box 12 is removed from the rpper part of the mold 13 after completing the pouring into the mold. Further, the pouring box 12 is shifted to the carrying position laying the pouring box 12 for reusing. The pouring box can be used as the weight too and the pouring box is desirable to form with the metal. The molds having plural vertical runners and the pouring box having sprue communicated with plural vertical runners can be used.
