Abstract:
To provide a method for preventing the caking of a sugar alcohol, by which the caking of the sugar alcohol can be prevented by a relatively simple operation.
This method for preventing the caking of the sugar alcohol, characterized by preserving the sugar alcohol at a temperature of ≤10°C after crushed, or by once caking the sugar alcohol after crushed, and again crushing the caked sugar alcohol.
