Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a cut burr and to improve productivity by executing die pressing to the plate blank of after blanking and executing in advance the bevelling of the part to be cut. CONSTITUTION:Blanking is executed via a blanking die 12 on a plate blank 11 to form a plate blank 13 which is subjected to die pressing by a die 15 fur ther. In this case, the projecting piece 14 of the blank 13 is bevelled along the shape of the die 15 at its end edge part 14a. A bevelling part 16 is formed on all of the projecting pieces 14 by the one die pressing of the die 15. When the projecting piece 14 is cut by a cutting tool, the generation of a cut burr is prevented because the bevelling part 16 is already formed on the projecting piece 14. Moreover, the productivity is improved as a deburring work can be omitted.
