Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent film irregularity by spraying air to the film of the concealing paint applied to a support before entering a drying process.
CONSTITUTION: An air spray device 7 is provided immediately before a drying device 6 and air is sprayed to time wet film 5 of the silver concealing paint 3 quantitatively applied to a continuous running support 1. By this constitution, the flow of the aluminum powder suspended on the surface of the wet film 5 is prevented. The air spray device 7 has a structure spraying knife like air to the support 1 in the lateral direction thereof from a slit nozzle 8. By this constitution, the re-flow of the aluminum powder is prevented to prevent distribution irregularity.
