PURPOSE: To effectively prevent the formation of lumps in a coating film by separately preparing and storing two or more kinds of resin solns. separately contg. resins for paint, sending the solns. through separate pipes, mixing them immediately before coating and coating a body to be coated with the mixture.
CONSTITUTION: Two or more kinds of resin solns. separately contg. resins for paint capable of mutually causing a cross-linking reaction at the temp. of service environment or below are separately prepd., stored, sent through separate pipes and mixed immediately before coating and a body to be coated is coated with the mixture. The resins may be melamine resin and alkyd resin or melamine resin and acrylic resin. By this method, the formation of lumps in the resulting coating film is prevented even when paint stays in coating equipment for a long time.
