Abstract:
PURPOSE: To surely prevent freezing by a method wherein a temperature of cooling liquid is detected by a temperature sensor, a circulation pump is intermittently operated in response to its stop time and an operating time when the detected temperature is lower than its predetermined upper temperature and exceeds its lower temperature and in turn the circulation pump is ocntinuously operated up to a time when the temperature reaches a predetermined middle temperature when the detected temperature is lower than the lower temperature.
CONSTITUTION: Cooling liquid W is circulated by a circulation pump 3 to a cooled item 4 so as to cool the cooled item 4. Under this state, an upper temperature Tu, a middle temperature Tm and a lower temperature Td (where, Tu>Tm>Td) are set in advance and a temperature of the cooling liquid W is detected by a temperature sensor 5. In the case that the detected temperature Tp becomes the upper temperature Tu and exceeds the lower temperature Td, the circulation pump 3 is operated intermittently for the stop time tx and the operation time ty. In addition, when the detected temperature Tp becomes lower than the lower temperature Td, the circulation pump 3 is operated continuously until the detected temperature Tp becomes the middle temperature Tm. With such an arrangement as mentioned above, it is possible to perform a sure prevention of freezing and to realize its energy saving characteristics.
