When any sufficient correction can not be operated by the correcting part of the center 3, the image of the slip and an intermediate corrected result are returned to an office 1. The office 1 adds correction to the data, and re-transmits the corrected result to the center 3. The corrected result is transmitted to a host computer 4 as it is.
