Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To respond to requirements of high quality imposed in terms of the visual and tactual formation of a blow-molded article in the area of a decorative layer.
SOLUTION: A blow-molded article 13 without a layer is molded under pressure in one blow molding cavity 6 in a multi-stage treatment process, and in a decoration forming layer cavity 12, a decoration forming layer material 9 is contacted along a mold profile 8 or creepage-molded to be held on the mold profile. Next, in another mold cavity comprising the mold profile of the cavity 6 and the mold profile of the cavity 12, the material 9 is creepage-molded along the outside profile of a blow-molded article to be joined to the blow-molded article.
