A projecting pin 46 is installed to be freely projectable to the toothbrush handle part side of a molding cavity 30 in the main body part of a mold device B, a main bristle setting pin 43 is fitted to be freely projectable to the truck part side of the brush head part of the cavity 30, and a subordinate bristle setting pin 52 and an ejector pin 54 adjoining the pin 52, which are freely projectable to the bristle receiving side of the brush head part of the cavity 30, are fitted. When the toothbrush handle part and the brush head part are separated from the mold after the brush handle part and the brush head part are molded by injecting a resin in the cavity 30, the toothbrush handle part is demolded by the ejecting pin 46, and simultaneously the bristle receiving part is ejected by the ejector pin 54.
