Abstract:

To provide a production method which can efficiently produce a corrosion resistant conductive material having excellent corrosion resistance and conductivity.

The method for producing a corrosion resistant conductive material comprises: a plating stage where at least a part of a Ti base material is dipped into an Ni plating liquid essentially composed of Ni so as to form an Ni plating layer on the surface of the Ti base material; and a nitriding stage where the Ti base material after the plating stage is subjected to nitriding treatment, and a corrosion resistant conductive material in which a corrosion resistant conductive film comprising Ti, Ni and N as essential constituting elements and having excellent corrosion resistance or conductivity is formed on at least a part of the Ti base material can be obtained.
