To provide a method for producing culture soil, by which industrial wastes are effectively used to produce the culture soil in remarkably improved production efficiency, and to provide a culture device used for the method.

This method for producing the culture soil, characterized by simultaneously and continuously carrying out a process for mixing a raw material such as garbage, excreta sludge, terminal sludge or animal excreta with microbes to produce the mixture, transferring the mixture, and then crushing the mixture in a proper size, a process for stirring the crushed mixture so that the microbes are homogeneously distributed in the mixture, and a process for gradually drying the mixture, simultaneously transferring the mixture, supplying air to the microbes, and activating the activities of the microbes to convert the mixture into the culture soil.
