Abstract:
To provide a production method of deep-fried bean curd which can produce more delicious deep-fried bean curd.SOLUTION: A production method of deep-fried bean curd includes: a dehydration step S1 of dehydrating Tofu; a molding step S3 of molding the dehydrated Tofu into a preset size shape; a coating step S4 of coating the molded Tofu with a first edible oil at normal temperature; and a deep-flying step S5 of deep-flying the Tofu coated with the first edible oil with a second edible oil at high temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
