Abstract:
To provide a foamable adhesive sheet having good adhesiveness and insertability after foaming and curing.SOLUTION: There is provided a foamable adhesive sheet disposed between a first member and a second member which has a first adhesive layer 1 containing a curable adhesive and a foaming agent and a second adhesive layer 2 which is disposed on one surface side of the first adhesive layer and contains a curable adhesive and no foaming agent, the tack of each adhesive layer is 0 gf or more and less than 10 gf and when the foamable adhesive sheet is foamed and cured until the adhesive layers are at a distance between the first member and the second member, a foaming ratio E represented by the expression (1): E=(G1-T2)/T1 (E represents the foam ratio, G1 represents the distance between the first member and the second member, T1 represents the thickness of the first adhesive layer before foaming and curing and T2 represents a thickness from a surface opposite to the second adhesive layer of the first adhesive layer before foaming and curing to a surface opposite to the first adhesive layer of the second adhesive layer) is set so as to be more than 1.0 and 8.5 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
