The food containing a solid ingredient is produced by a step to fill a solid ingredient necessitating a long time for sterilization and the remaining solid ingredient in separate vessels, a step to separately sterilize the solid ingredient taking long time for sterilization and the remaining solid ingredient and filled in separate vessels by direct steam sterilization, a step to combine the sterilized solid ingredient taking long sterilization time with the remaining solid ingredient in a sterilized vessel in aseptic state, and optionally a step to add a sterilized seasoning liquid to the product in aseptic state.
