Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize shark meat as an ingredient of hamburger by removing odd odors thereof.
SOLUTION: Shark meat is used as the ingredient used for hamburger. The shark meat is roasted, seasoned with tartar sauce or ketchup. The hamburger is prepared by applying Japanese radish to bread and sandwiching the hamburger and lettuce with the bread. The shark meat is minced and washed with water to remove urea causing for odd odors.
