Abstract:

To provide a method for efficiently producing a ligand-bonded protein.

In a cell-free protein synthetic system containing a ligand to be bonded to a protein or its domain, the protein or its domain is synthesized. In the preferable embodiment, the ligand is a substance selected from the group consisting of a DNA, RNA, nucleoside, nucleotide, protein, peptide, amino acid, lipid, glucide, its derivative, alkaloid, terpene, low-molecular compound, coenzyme, low-molecular metal complex and metal ion. The ligand-bonded protein or its ligand-bonded domain is synthesized as a soluble protein.
