Abstract:
To provide a method for producing microlenses having high luminance and excellent in light directivity, microlenses, an optical plate, diffusion plate, light guide plate, backlight, screen for projection, projection system, optoelectronic device and electronic device.
The method for producing the microlenses comprises: convexity forming steps (Figures 10(a)-(c)) of forming light transmissive projections 13 on a light transmissive substrate 11; a lens material ejecting step (Fig. 10(d)) of ejecting a liquid lens material 14 so that the lens material 14 is held on the projections 13; and a lens material curing step (Fig. 10(e)) of forming the microlenses 15 by curing the lens material 14.
