To provide a method for effectively producing a molded product using incineration ash as a raw material which contributes to the reduction of the quantity of landfills.

The method has a bulky matter separation process 10 for separating a bulky matter by sieving the incineration ash to obtain a grain of less than 25 mm, a magnetic selection process 11 for subjecting the incineration ash from which the bulky matter is separated to magnetic selection to separate iron, a nonferrous metal selection process 12 in which induction selection is applied to the incineration ash from which the iron is separated to separate nonferrous metal, a kneading process 14 in which a solidifying agent and water are added to the incineration ash from which the nonferrous metal is separated and kneaded, and a molding process 15 in which the kneaded matter is molded by a vibration pressure machine and a molded product is obtained.
