Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a natural killer cell.SOLUTION: A method for producing a natural killer cell including: isolating a peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) from a blood sample; isolating at least one of CD56+ cell and/or CD3-/CD56+ cell from the PBMC; and co-culturing at least one of CD56+ cell and/or CD3-/CD56+ cell together with a combination of a feeder cell under the presence of cytokine. A composition for treating cancer including the CD56+ natural killer cell produced by the method and cytokine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
