PURPOSE: To form an almost straight nozzle by eliminating the density difference of laser energy by providing a removable member layer to the processing surface of a nozzle member at the time of the production of a nozzle and performing the processing of a hole before removing the member layer.
CONSTITUTION: A nozzle member 5 good in heat stability composed of polyimide is bonded to a passage 1 before the processing of a hole and a thermally stable resin film 2 is temporarily bonded to the nozzle member 5 on the side of the processing surface of said member 5. The perforation of a nozzle is performed by utilizing the irradiation with the laser beam from a laser beam generator 6 through the mask 7 prescribing the shape or dimension of the nozzle. Laser beam 4 is prescribed in its irradiation range by the mask 7 and applied to a resin member layer 2 through a condensing lens 4 so as to follow the shape of the hole of the nozzle. Laser beam almost uniform in energy beam is applied to the nozzle member 5 and a hole different in taper angle is formed. After the processing of the hole, the resin member layer 2 is removed to complete an almost straight nozzle.
