PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel technique for producing a nucleic acid array.SOLUTION: This method for producing a nucleic acid array includes: a step (a) in which a liquid (a PAG liquid) including a photoacid generator (PAG) for generating an acid as a result of being exposed to light is fed onto a solid phase having, immobilized therein, molecules having functional groups protected by acid-decomposable protective groups; a step (b) in which a desired position of the PAG liquid is exposed to light; a step (c) in which the PAG liquid which has been exposed to light is removed; and a step (d) in which the solid phase from which the PAG liquid has been removed is brought into contact with a nucleotide derivative having acid-decomposable protective groups.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
