Abstract:

To provide the manufacture method of composite particles used in the manufacture of an electrode for a solid oxide fuel cell or the manufacturing method of powdery metal oxide particles having large specific surface area used in the manufacture of the electrode for the solid oxide fuel cell.

The manufacturing method of the powdery metal oxide particles having pits has a precursor manufacturing process obtaining powdery precursors by applying mechanical energy to a mixture powdery raw metal oxide aggregates (a) and carbon powder, thermoplastic resin powder, thermoplastic resin fibers, thermosetting resin powder, thermosetting resin fibers, and natural fibers or natural fiber derivatives (b) and a baking process obtaining powdery metal oxide particles having pits by baking the powdery precursors.
