Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a rubber composition ensuring low rolling resistance without deteriorating fracture characteristics, and to provide a rubber composition obtained by the above method and a tire using the rubber composition.
In the method for producing the rubber composition comprising (A) a styrene-butadiene copolymer rubber (SBR), (B) an SBR which is different from the above SBR (A), (C) a reinforcing filler, and (D) a crosslinking agent, the SBR (A) has Mooney viscosity lower than that of the SBR (B), and after obtaining a master batch by adding all of the reinforcing filler (C) to the SBR (A), the SBR (B) and the crosslinking agent (D) are mixed in the obtained master batch and kneaded.
