Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for producing a polyurethane foam which is good in moldability even at a low density and is, also, low in wet-heat residual strain.
SOLUTION: The method for producing the polyurethane foam is characterized in that, in a method for producing a soft polyurethane foam from a polyisocyanate component, polyol component, foaming agent, catalyst and foam controller, the polyisocyanate component is specified with a polyisocyanate mainly comprising 2,4- and/or 2,6-trilenediisocyanate, the polyol component is specified with a polymer polyol (A) obtained by polymerizing a vinyl monomer (b) in a polyol (a) or is specified with a polyol component containing the (A) and a polyol (B) with three polyols having specific compositions are contained in the (a) and/or in the (B), and the foaming agent is water.
