To provide a method for producing substrate-free precursor of 18F labelled amino acid O-(2-[18F] fluoroethyl)-l-tyrosine.
The invention relates to the method for producing precursor of the 18F labelled precursor of O-(2-[18F]fluoroethyl)-L-Tyrosine comprising a chemical structure represented by chemical formula 1, in the formula R1 is an arylalkyl group, R2 is a carboxyl group and R3 is a p-tosyloxy, methane sulfonyloxy group or trifluoromethanesulfonyloxy group or Br atom. (In the formula, 18F labelled O-(2-[18F]fluoroethyl-L-Tyrosine precursor)).
