Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a tyre molding die which does not cause the cave-in of a gypsum mold is not caused at the time of casting a tyre vulcanization molding die without limiting a metal sheet to be usable for a blade so much.
In the method for producing a tyre molding die, in a state where a fin 2 with the shape of a trapezoid sheet is joined to one side of a blade 1 at the short-length base thereof, the part on the fin side in the blade 1 is planted in the gypsum mold 10 together with the fin 2, a tyre molding die 20 is cast by the gypsum mold 10 planted with the blade 1 to cast-in the blade 1 therewith, and the fin 2 joined to the tip side of the blade 1 cast-in and planted in the tyre molding die 20 is removed.
