Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a cured base material body from deteriorating by applying an aqueous dispersion of a fine particle polymer contg. fluoroolefin monomers as an essential component and having a double-layered structure on the surface of an alkaline inorg. cured body such as a concrete body.
CONSTITUTION: In civil engineering and construction fields, for forming a coating with excellent ability for preventing alkali substances from oozing, weatherability water resistance, alkali resistance and stain resistance on the surface of an alkaline inorg. cured body such as a concrete body, a wall material and a roofing material, an aqueous dispersion of a fine particle polymer contg. fluoroolefin polymers as an essential component and having a double- layered structure is used as a top coat. In addition, when the alkaline inorg. cured body is coated with a top coat like this, either before coating with the top coat or after a film is formed by coating, the alkaline inorg. cured body is hydrated and cured in the presence of water at a temp. condition of 80-200°C to form an excellent film.
