Abstract:

To provide simple and highly private counseling by setting a counselor who is optimal to the consultation contents of a counselee.

When a user inputs consultation contents from a consultation content input screen in an HP, a consultation content transmitting means 43 transmits the consultation contents to a data managing server device 5. A consultation content registering means 52 registers the consultation contents in a counselor information data base 7, and transmits the result through an electronic mail to the destination of a manager. The manager receives the electronic mail, and selects a counselor optimal to the consultation contents. The counselor registers the answers in a counselee information data base 7 by an answer registering means 54 and transmits the result through an electronic mail to the destination of the manager. The manger arranges the answers in a form of the personal medical record by a personal medical record information registering means 55, and registers them is the counselee information data base 7, and transmits the result through the electronic mail to the destination of the user. The user can refer to the personal medical records on a personal medical record information reference screen.
