Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably continuously supplying even synthetic resin fine particles having a particle size of 500 μm or more by utilizing the merits of an ultrasonic feeder taking no manpower and no labor hour in cleaning when a transporting substance is changed with a small size and taking no time of arriving a supply amount at a target set supply amount, a method for manufacturing a molding using it and synthetic resin fine particles applicable to the methods.
SOLUTION: The method for quantitatively extruding and supplying the synthetic resin fine particles for continuously feeding the particles made of a columnar or prismatic small pellets having the sum (x + y + z) of abscissa, ordinate, and height values of 0.9 to 4.6 mm so that the values of x, y and z are 20% or more of the sum (x + y + z) of the abscissa, ordinate and height, wherein x, y and z are the abscissa, ordinate and height in three-dimensional orthogonal coordinates, by an ultrasonic vibration.
