Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a basic method for measuring glycoconjugates, such as glycoproteins, glycolipids, etc.
CONSTITUTION: A measuring method which uses a sandwich method and in which a first reactive material from which the reactivity to a material which can be bonded to a sugar chain is removed by modifying the sugar chain of the material by chemical treatment and a second reactive material which can be bonded to the sugar chain of a glycoconjugate are used. When the object to be measured is a rheumatoid factor, a modified IgG and lectin are used.
