After hearing an originating tone from an originating register 4, a transferred subscriber 1C dials a specific number. A specific number specifying device 5 specifies the specific number and sends the specific number to a central control device 10. The device 10 monitors the time-out of a call signal timer circuit 61 on the basis of the receiving information and connection progress information stored in a connection progress memory 8, and when detecting the time-out, starts a call signal device 9 and to send a call signal to the called subscriber 1B. The sending of the call signal to the called subscriber 1B is repeated with the fixed time interval until a response from the called subscriber 1B is received.
