Abstract:
To simply repair a gas turbine component made from Ni-based superalloy in a short time.
A repaired part of the gas turbine component is irradiated with a high energy beam, and a γ' phase in the gas turbine component is solid-dissolved in a γ phase to remove a crack of the repaired part. Then, padding is carried out in a recessed portion formed by removing the crack, and next, solution heat treatment is carried out on the gas turbine component. Then, aging heat treatment is performed on the gas turbine component, and the γ' phase is crystallized at the repaired part to repair the gas turbine component.
