After at least one of the waste material produced by the demolition of the housing constructed using the respiratory calcium silicate plate at least for a part as a respiratory building material or the mills ends of the respiratory building material turned to the waste material when housing is constructed using the respiratory calcium silicate plate for a part as the respiratory building material is crushed, needless materials except the respiratory calcium silicate plate are removed from the crushed material and siliceous fertilizer is obtained as powder by adjusting the particle size of the respiratory calcium silicate plate from which the needless materials are removed.
