Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form a uniform smooth coating surface without imparting deformation to a steel plate by a method wherein an initial camber with a predetermined value is provided to a smoothing roll as well as press-down force of the smoothing roll is set to a specific value corresponding to a cross area of the steel plate.
CONSTITUTION: In smoothing a coated anti-rust oil by approaching a smoothing roll 14 to a surface of a conveyed steel plate 10, an initial camber of 1.5W 2.5mm is provided to the smoothing roll 14 as well as press-down force F of the smoothing roll is set to a formula F=(2.15A+54)±200kg when a cross area of the steel plate is Amm2.
