Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for stirring two kinds of liquid through suction and delivery using a same nozzle tip.
CONSTITUTION: A tip 36 containing a specimen 82 (dispensation quantity VS + excess quantity VE) is transferred onto a container 66 containing a diluted liquid 84. The tip 36 is the lowered down into the container 66 and the dispensation quantity VS of specimen 82 is delivered thereto. The tip 36 is then lifted above the liquid level in the container 66 an an excess volume Vα of air is sucked, in addition to the stirring quantity VD being sucked in next process, thus forming an air layer at the end of the tip 36. Subsequently, the tip 36 is lowered again down into the container 66 where the stirring quantity VD of mixture liquid 90 of ununiformed specimen 82 and diluted liquid 84 is sucked and delivered repeatedly thus stirring two kinds of liquid.
