To obtain the relational attribute to structuring method for OSI management which can discriminatingly presents the relation between objects of management and can easily perform relating, relational deletion, etc., without any contradiction because of a case wherein a process for changing relational attributes of the objects of management is very complicated, a case wherein a method for changing the classes of the objects of management and the values of relational attributes that the objects of management have needs to be checked.

A management system based upon OSI management can be provided with a function of generally supporting the relating between management objects by relational attributes, relational deletion, etc., by defining relational attributes representing the relation between the management objects by a relation class (Relation Class of OODB when the management objects are stored in the OODB, so the relation between the management objects is discriminatingly presented and the relating, relational deletion, etc., can easily be performed without any contradiction.
