To supply a business manual for connecting a builder with a house user who needs a dwelling house and making the house user correctly understand the builder and the dwelling house through the Internet.

The builder, a maker, and a business manual developer input company information, commodity information for commodity groups of building materials, facilities and the like, and a purchase procedure for purchase of the dwelling house by the house user, data necessary for the purchase procedure and information for making a decision to purchase the dwelling house to a server through the Internet, respectively. The server mutually associates various data to prepare a library, and forms the business manual according to an item which is searched and inputted by access to the data of the library.
