In the method, by which a house lot/house supplier supplies the house lot and the house to a person intending to build the house at the house lot and acquire the house, the supplier establishes an institution (1). The supplier advertises for persons (members) intending to build houses and allows the members to join the institution (2). The members are divided into groups (3) in the institution for every required subject. The supplier controls house lots among members in the group in accordance with member's requests in the group and supplies the house lots (4). The supplier controls the design specifications of houses among the members in the group in accordance with each member's request in the group, builds and sells a house to the member (5).
