PURPOSE: To provide a liquid globulin composition for intravenous injection, capable of suppressing the increase in globulin dimers during storage ranging from the production of the liquid globulin composition for the intravenous injec tion to the employment, and kept at a globulin dimer content of ≤7%.
CONSTITUTION: The characteristic of a method for suppressing the increase in the globulin dimer of a liquid globulin composition for intravenous injection comprising a non-chemically modified, perfect molecule type γ-globulin comprises (1) preparing the liquid globulin composition at a pH of 3.4-5.0 and then allowing the prepared liquid globulin composition to stand or (2) leaving the liquid globulin composition at 15-30°C for 1-10 days or at 37-56°C for 1-2hrs.
