Title:
METHOD FOR SYNTHESIZING POLYSILAZANE EXCELLENT IN FILM STRENGTH, AND HEAT-RESISTANT INSULATED WIRE COATED WITH THE SAME AND BAKED
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH06136131
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a polysilazane which has both heat resistance and flexibility and gives a film excellent in mechanical strengths by optimizing the method for synthesizing the polysilazane and to obtain a heat-resistant insulated wire coated with an insulation film having heat resistance, flexibility, and good mechanical strengths.

CONSTITUTION: A dihalosilane of the general formula: R1R2SiX2 (wherein R1 and R2 are each independently H, alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl, alkylamino, aryl, or alkylsilyl) is subjected to ammonolysis at -20°C or lower to give a polysilazane consisting of repeating units of the formula: -SiR1R2-NH-. The polysilazane is applied to a conductor and baked to give a heat-resistant insulated wire.
