This charging information display system has: a link destination data acquiring part 401 for acquiring the contents of a web page, etc., according to data showing the location of contents transmitted from a terminal device and further acquiring data showing the location of contents linked to a link menu existing in the contents; an HTML file acquiring part 402 for accessing a web site at which the contents exist to acquire an HTML file showing the contents; an HTML document generating part 403 for calculating the quantity of a packet needed to transmit the acquired HTML file and automatically generating an HTML document for associating a communication charge with a link menu to another web page with which new charging occurs when selected on the basis of the calculation results for display; and a transmitting and receiving part 400 for transmitting the automatically generated HTML document to the terminal device.
