Title:
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ERROR PREVENTION OF ELECTRIC MAIL TRANSMITTED ADDRESS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3139544
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an electronic mail of a wrong transmitted address from being transmitted to a transmitted party and to prevent the information from being leaked to the outside.
SOLUTION: A 'designation of attention' is imparted to a transmitted address that requires attention of a user of a terminal 1 and is registered with a storage device 7. When an electronic mail is transmitted from a terminal 1, a mail collation function 5 refers to the storage device 7, and when the 'designation of attention' is imparted to the transmitted address, a mail inquiry function 6 inquires the user if it may be transmitted. When the response is 'no problem', the electronic mail is transmitted to the transmitted address, and when the response is 'to destroy', the electronic mail is destroyed. When there are corrections of contents, the corrected electronic mail is transmitted to the transmitted party.
