Abstract:

To provide a method for evaluating quality of human cell culture suitable for safely and stably mass-producing human cells.

This method for evaluating the human cell culture comprises the following steps: a sterilizing step of carrying a vessel housing the human cells into a sterilization cabinet and then sterilizing the vessel, an operating step of taking out the human cells from the vessel after the sterilization and carrying the taken out human cells into a takeout isolator and preparing for preculturing, a preculturing step of preculturing the taken out human cells in a culturing cabinet, and an evaluating step of sampling the precultured human cells and evaluating the presence or absence of pathogenic microorganisms having the possibility of mixing in the human cells.
