The confidential document managing method comprises a step of reading an identification label and a holder identification label related to a delivered storage bucket 8 by a delivering person terminal 4, generating delivery information including bucket identification label information and holder identification label information, and transmitting the information from the delivering person terminal 4 to a management center server, a step of reading the bucket identification label and the holder identification label related to the entered storage bucket 8 by an entering person terminal 5, generating the entering instruction including the bucket identification label information and the holder identification label by the entering person terminal 5, and transmitting the instruction to the management center server, a step of determining by the management center server whether or not the combination of bucket identification label information with holder identification label information included in the transmitted entering instruction is same as a combination of the previously transmitted delivery information, and a step of transmitting the result of determination from the management center server to the entering person terminal 5.
